Background

My health coach training began decades ago at the State University at Stony Brook, with a long intermittent career path as an executive in both law and business.

I  spent many years dedicated to community service in lower Manhattan, having the privilege of serving on the community board and being part of a grass root movement to create a parents association, ball fields, and new schools.

As a resident at ground zero and a business owner on the Gulf of Mexico during the hurricane year of Katrina I know about unexpected serious trauma. I am so proud of many of the things I have accomplished and sorry for mistakes. All of these events have brought with them important lessons in life.

Health Challenges & Victories

I became ill. Very ill. I gained 70 lbs. I got a health coach. I got better. I am off all medication. I lost 70 lbs.You can change your health too!

I am like you. I understand we each have our own path and our own lessons.

I have been very blessed and have raised two wonderful daughters, now wonderful young woman and enjoy a marriage that I am proud has lovingly endured through life's ups and downs over 30 years.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health.

Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
